And what about their fries? I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian. Although I don't like honey or eggs, I will eat honey, and I will eat unfertilized eggs if they're cooked in something. I'm allergic to large amounts of soy, but I don't think the Veggie Burger or the French Fries have much soy in them. Like if I eat a soy bar that's made up of mostly soy and nothing else my throat will swell up.

I want to lose 15 – 20 pounds. I normally have a fruit smoothie that I make from banannas, blueberries, strawberries, honey and apple juice or a cereal bar for breakfast. I will eat some popcorn for a mornign snack and drink a bottle of water. For lunch, I have a salad and a piece of fish (Talipia) or skinless chicken breast cooked on the George Forman Grill. For dinner, I normally have basically the same. Sometimes I will have steamed rice and a vegatable with fish or chicken. Sometimes I have tuna and salad for dinner. For snacks, I have cereal bars, cashews, craisins/raisins or popcorn. I try to drink plenty of water. I start aerobics on Monday and I will go two or three times a week. I do 500 crunches in the morning before work and I lift 5lb weights doing arm exercises each morning. It takes about 15 minutes to complete for toning. I had thought about adding some Lipo 6 for a supplement to speed of my metabolism.

My son is getting tired of baby purees. I have been offering him some finger foods. I would really like him to be able to start eating what we have for dinner each night(in small bite size pieces of course). I know babies should not have honey, nuts, peanut butter, and egg whites. Are there any other foods he should not have? Can he have french toast if it is cooked with egg whites?
