im not sure if i ate alot today or if i might eat alot b/c well i ate:
bowl of honey bunches of oats cereal around 2 serving kind of bowl for breakfast,
chicken fahitas(maybe 1 or 2 cups) with a little rice like 1 cup maybe or less for lunch,
1/2 of a cocunut cookie or a little less probably 110 calories or 100 calories when i craved for something fattey,
tomato and rice soup with the same bowl i used for breakfast when i got hungry again.
and i still didnt have dinner yet and planning to have an arabic kind of dinner that is made with cabbage and rice and its cooked and in arabic its called malfoof and there r sticks of that around 3 to 4 inches.
also my sister is making marble cake with choc. chips!!! so what do u suggest i do and i am planning to workout later b/c i am on a diet but i guess today its not goin so great!
BY THE WAY i ate the cake and didnt exercise but my diet is goin well the next day and i will NEVER do that again!!!

My front flower garden at this new house has holes around it, and bees constantly fly in there. It's pretty clear they have an underground nest there. I need to dig up the flower bed so I can make some changes, but obviously I need to get rid of the bees first before I start digging and stirring them up. I've tried putting rags in the holes doused with gasoline, then tried bleach rags as well. This has not worked. Anyone have other ideas?
(i've also tried the hardware store spray-bee killer-but I can't get deep enough in the nest for all of them to be affected. ) Any help is appreciated!!!

I've recently gotten into using buffalo meat instead of beef. I'm making this recipe tonight called "Mush Over Buff"…. it's basically small buffalo patties pan seared and covered in a mushroom gravy.

My honey HATES mushrooms, so I need another idea to top them with.

Or maybe some other unique way of cooking the buffalo meat.
