I have an annoying a bee problem?

My dads house has been over run with bees. You can’t go into a room without finding a huge bee buzzing. They are everywhere and i am tired of killing them with my shoe. What are some common places for hives in the house? could it have something to do with winter coming around? what are some good bee killers? Will a bug zapper work?
Whats the home depot stuff called

Bees like quite warm place with access to water and the out of doors, like crawl spaces, attics, cracks in the siding etc. If they haven’t set-up housekeeping in your house you could work on sealing up the places where they come in. Make sure the doors and windows are shut or screened. We have this problem with bees coming in in the fall and if I see them before they get too far from the door I just shoo them out. As for the bug zapper I have never had any luck with them getting bee. You should try your local hardware store they usually have a good selection of insecticides and other insect killers.
