Beekeeping- where to buy?

I am wanting to start beekeeping. I know where to buy the equipment, but who do I get the bees from??? For those who know specific places, I live in South Africa. Your help is much aprreciated.

  Just buy some plants that attract bees and capture them and put them in the equipment.
