The wasps seem lathargic. When i swat at on on the window with a fly swatter they don’t move they just keep moving. Usually the minute i go near a bee or wasp they fly and buzz all over the place. Why are these wasps acting lathargic?

is it wasps or yellow jackets? wasps are aggressive, yellow jackets aren’t. “they don’t move they just keep moving” not sure what you meant by that. Also various things make wasps lethargic, often they infest garages where ppl store gas, which makes them lethargic.
