When alcohol driven
Headache starts at eleven
The next day morning
Stomach inside churning
Nausea is the feeling
I always thought
Only alcohol brought
The hangover I caught
Years went by
Hangover said no goodbye
Everything I gave a try
Still its there
Kept me beware
Nobody does care
Then it came to me
Like the sting of a bee
Like falling from a tree
I still think of you

However the feeling remains

I think this is a great poem. I think it would be an even better song! It is beautiful, I know I can relate. I hear to music though, and with the right chorus, WOW. I give you an 9.0.

it is different and with time and practice you will have it figured out. I think it is a very different way to write about love. I don’t think a hangover which relates to drinking is good comparison to love. 4.0

It rhymes well so for rhyme I give you an 8.
“Kept me beware” just so you know makes no sense, I think you mean “Kept me aware.” At least that makes better English sense. That is what I personally would write.
For subject matter I give you a 6.
For effort I give you a 7, please just change that part.
For how much I actually liked it I give you a 3.
Overall, I give you a 6. But keep writing. Even I don’t like all the poems I have written.
