  1. Dic.: The exercises consist of the regular clenching and unclenching of the muscles which form part of the pelvic floor (sometimes called the “Kegel muscles”)

Squeeze the muscles around your vagina and then relax, do this several times. It makes that area tight so you do not “leak” urine when you get older but mainly helps to improve the feel when you have sex.

  3. I’m serious in answering this question under understanding that you seriously. It’s exercises relating muscles of vagina. Do constrict and relax those muscles. It controls urine & makes the muscles tight (resullting in more enjoyment in sex). If one can’t be able to do this excersise simle way to learn is to stop in between urination. This ‘practice’ will teach this ‘excersise.

The others got it, all I can add is google it with filters off, there are also some special weights to make the exercises even more effective. No kidding. My mind boggles.
