He has these rashes almost a year now. They usually come out around his neck, chest, arms, paws, and on his testicles. Also, no I have not nuetered him becuase he is the only dog I have, and he doesnt run away lol! He’s going to stay a virgin forever! Anyways, when I bought him, there was this very small, scracth/scar on his arm that seems to bleed. I can’t get it to go away with nothing. I have changed his food, but helps for about a week and the rashes some back. I wash him with oatmeal soap, but it worsens the rashes. I’m at my witts end, trying to help him with those rashes. I’ve done eveyrthing the vet has told me to do, change his food, wash him with another soap, keep dry the rashes, ect. But nothing works. Maybe about a month ago, he also got really bad hives, which I dont know how becuase he almost never goes outside and didnt get stung by a bee! *Sigh* I’m asking on what I can do to help him. Poor dog is pratically dragging himself on the floor trying to scratch himself, and I dont have a cure for him, but just take him cold baths that seem to help for about an hour only. Dont tell me to go to the vet either, beucase there not doing anything to him. They dont give him cremes or special soaps and that pisses me off. Please, tell me what I can do to help him and what are those damn rashes that bother my baby! Here are some pics too so you can see.

Another thing about this rashes, they cuase his hair to fall out, if that helps in anyway. Thank you for taking the time to help my poor baby!
