Pain. Heat. Confusion . … Suddenly, it’s all gone.
I got blur visions. A boy stood in the middle of a street. He then took a few weak steps forward, and reached out for something in his pocket. Suddenly the image changes and a girl appears. What was she doing? I couldn’t tell. I had to get closer, but somehow, I couldn’t. The image changes again, and I see a tree full of life. Purple leaves sprouted on every branch of it, and it smelled like nothing I have ever smelled before. Again, the vision shifted, back to the boy I saw in the beginning. He was crying, and seemed so confused and lost. What’s happening to me? I wondered. Who are these people? Suddenly, it all disappeared.
I woke up. It was a cold afternoon, probably in November or December. Where am I ? Who am I ? I was totally lost. I stood up and looked around me. There aren’t many homes in this area, I thought. Oh well, that’s just better anyways. I seemed to be in some kind of mini forest..and just before I was done examining the surroundings, something caught my eye. Yes, there was no mistaking it. I woke up right under the tree I saw in the dream. ‘ Woah’ I thought. ‘Weird’ .
So there I was, all alone in an unknown area, with no one around me, and worst of all, no memories. Many questions crowded my mind, like thousands of bees humming simultaneously. Who am I ? Where am I ? How did I end up here? What was that weird dream all about? Who was that small boy? Who was the girl ? And just what is this tree? Just looking at it gave me the creeps. I was certain from the moment I saw it that it was no ordinary tree. So full of life it made me sick. ‘ Ugh ‘, I muttered under my breath. ‘ Just what am I supposed to do now ? ‘
