   Male mosquitoes are nectar eaters and as such are important in pollenation, just like bees. Additionally, mosquitoes are a vital food supply for many terrestrial and aquatic species.

   Well, to feed the spiders, and some of the animals in the world can ONLY eat mosquitoes. It would effect the balance of life if they died. I know how ya feel, curse the mosquitoes, yeah. But they have a purpose, to feed animals.

   They do provide food for birds spiders etc. so they are a part of the food chain. It would be nice to know if some species of birds and spiders would have trouble surviving without mosquitos. Otherwise we could do without mosquitos.

   If you’re the malaria parasite, then yeah…
   oh, and also if you’re one of the drivers of those trucks that drive around neighborhoods spraying pesticides…
