Crush help please (probably best answered by girls)?

This week I’m home from college for spring break. I live in a very small town and we don’t have many stores or have much to do here so people from our city often go to a city about 30 miles away. I went there with my older brother and two of our friends today to do some shopping and just hang out. There’s a girl I like from my town who is 16 (I’m only 18) and I really like her and have for quite a while. She knows because of some facebook app that I have at some point had a crush on her but I don’t think she knows that I still like her now. Once in a while we talk on facebook and I have her phone number (at the time that she gave it to me she couldn’t text but I think she might be able to now). Anyways, My brother and our friends went into Dairy Queen today. They ordered and found a booth while I was in the bathroom. When I came out of the bathroom, my crush was in there with her family. I saw her and she saw me but I got really nervous and just looked away and didn’t say a word. I proceeded to order and go take a seat by the guys. They sat in a place where I could easily see them without anyone noticing and I tried to watch her to see if she looked over at me at all but I only noticed it a couple of times while we were there. Now I keep thinking about everything and feel rude for not at least saying hi or smiling at her or something. Also I don’t know how to tell whether or not she likes me or knows that I like her. Any other thoughts on the whole situation would be appreciated as well. Did I screw up by not saying hello? Is she too young for me? Does she like me? should I apologize for being rude? If so how do I explain my actions? Should I try to text her and hope she has a cell phone plan with texting? I have so many questions and many more but just a general analysis of the situation would be appreciated. Thank you!

  1. believe in yourself and let her know that you like her.

Note: it is in your best interest to wait until shes over age.

  2. yea i think not even saying hello was a very wrong move. She probably thinks your rude now or that you dislike her. However i think you may be putting too much into the situation than was really needed.

You could aways facebook her and just say something like HEYY saw you at dq the other day! Sorry i didnt say hi you looked busy i didnt want to disturb you or soething along those lines and carry on the conversation from there like hows school and life and what not.

It sounds like you really like her though to have put this much thought into it. I would say go for it! If you like her that much then ask her 2 hang out sometime or go 2 the movies or soemthing!! :D

    Good luck!!

  3. Hon, you should try texting her some night. Just talking, little chitchatty type things. Once the conversation starts going slip in that you saw her that day and felt too flustered by how nice she looked to say hello. I think that’s the perfect way to, 1. Apologize for not saying hello, and, 2. Tell her how you feel. It’s a sweet, bold flirtatious statement. It’s the best way to see how she feels about you. The best thing you can do is take a chance, my man.

Good luck, hon! :D I’m rootin’ for ya’!

  6. When ever we think to much we tend to screw it up, you should have at least said hi. 2 years isn’t a big deal just don’t do something stupid. You have a lot of questions just remember shes 16 so don’t try to start pinning her down for some answers you’ll only scare her away (usually)
