My 15 year old Pom went outside this afternoon and something happened?

He usually barks to come in, but he didn’t, I was at work and by the time my husband figured out he hadn’t come back in, he was laying in the back yard having a difficult time breathing. It was around 90 today so he figured he had overheated. He brought him in and put him in cool water and gave him plenty of fluids but he was lethargic still. He seemed fine by the time I got home and is resting now, he ate and had more water and went to the bathroom. Should I take him to the vet, or do you think he is okay? He has been on prednisone already for a respiratory problem for a couple of weeks he is at the end of the treatment and had a pill the night before. He gets really upset at the vets and his breathing gets very loud and his tongue goes purple so if I don’t have to make the trip I don’t want to put him through it. He does occasionally have seizures, so that could be what happened. Just wonder if I should watch for anything?

Is it illegal to have a honeybee “farm” in a city suburbs?

I need a hobby and I thought about bee keeping. Will it be OK to have a few of those boxes in my back yard and “farm” honeybees to make honey?

what do i do about these giant hornets? if they are only in japan; why arte we finding them here in ohio?

How can I keep the yellowjackets from gathering around my hummingbird feeder?

The yellowjackets are so thick around the hummingbird feeder that the birds can’t get in to drink. Also since it is in my back yard the yellowjackets think they own the place and I couldn’t eat anything out there anymore. Please send suggestions!
Thanks!

How do I get rid of a bee hive under the deck?

My dad recently discovered that there’s a bee hive under the deck in the back yard. There are a lot of them down there, and he doesn’t want to use any sprays (he thinks that they’ll most likely get angry and come after him, which would not be a good thing!), so does anyone have a suggestion as to what we could do to get rid of them? Thanks!
