In your opinion, what is the analogy about the bees disappearing?
I ask because yesterday I came across a bee in a commerical parking lot that was dying. As I struggled to move him to a place where he at least would not be run over, I found myself wondering. Any thoughts from my friends & contacts in R&S?

Will Rogers, of course! Just learn to see. What a beautiful place you have. 2 acres mostly natural forest, & yes, we have wild bees. Thank you again!

In regards to beekeeping, should I requeen my hive even if it is drizzling?

My hive needs a new queen. Brood patterns are spotty, bees are aggressive, all the typical signs of a dead or failing queen.

My new queen is arriving today and it is drizzling. Should I just slip her in there really quick and hope for the best or keep her cooped up for a day?
