how to take care of my new bee hive?

We have our own bee hive now.

Yesterday a brand new colony of bees followed their queen bee who settled on our cherry tree in the front garden. We called some friends to see if they knew anyone who could catch them and they sent their son Daniel who has a special bee hive box… He put the queen inside and the other bees followed.

The box has to stay there for a few days till they get used to their new house… then we can get a bigger proper bee hive box and put it down the back. then we will have fresh raw honey with the wax!

Isn’t nature wonderful that it chose us? They could have settled next door… but it’s like we got the prize!!!

so how do i care for them without wearing the suit how do i collect the honey how do i care for them
