I found a site a body jewelry site on google last week, and placed an order.
I contacted the owner of the site last week and asked a general question about my order and received no reply.
Today I wrote again and asked when I will receive my order.
IN the email I wrote-
Me: Hi there
I place an order on the 22nd.
My order number is 17120
I was wondering if it had been sent out
and how long until I receive it.

Seller:no it was not sent out …
Me:When will it be?
…just trying to estimate shipping time.
Seller: your order did not meat the min order amount of $110.00 so the computer kicked the order out..
ME: Ok.
I payed with my credit card.
Have I been issued a refund yet?

What am I suppose to do?
My order was for less than $10
but Im very worried because I payed with my debit card.
This seller is dishonest, and I doubt I will get a refund.
Canceling the card isnt an option.
