the movie starts out with a little kid in his mothers uterus. For some reason he creates a concoction in side her uterus with chemical vile’s that he has in there that makes him fly out cause of the explosion.Later in the movie he keeps creating inventions and tries to patten them but there so horrible that he just keeps running the whole idea of the actually use of these devices. He created a bug zapper that you put on your head and it zaps bugs he demonstrated this to a person be releasing killer bees in the room and drives the guy right out of the room with the killer bees folowing him. until one day he creates a TV DINNER LITERALLY. TV in a microwave dinner set box. and i don’t really remember what happens next but that some guy tries to ruin him in the end and the bad guy gets in the protagonists car and he cant start it because he dosent know how and then he gets hit in the gonads. I WOULD LIKE to know the name of this movie some one help me please.
