Where can I look for an Administative Assistant position in a creative environment in Chicago, IL?

I am a career Executive and Administrative Assistant but I want a position in a creative environment in Chicago, IL. If I go to Monster, HotJobs or CareerBuilder and put in keywords like Desktop Publishing or Adobe Illustrator, it sends back Graphic Designer jobs.

Anyone have any ideas how I should look?

How would you promote a country like Romania? Online-Internet vs. offline promotion.?

I am especially interested to find out what media environment do you think would influence travelers and business people decisions in the most effective way! Internet-online, TV, radio, print etc.

I would appreciate if you could also include a short personal point of view on Romania image abroad, because I would like to have an idea how people from other countries perceive this country, and why they would visit or do business in this country? Because they read about Romania on the Internet, read about in the Financial Times or see a TV show?

Why do people kill bees for no reason?

I’m not talking about swarms, I’m talking about the occasional bee that gets trapped in the house. My grandfather even swats and sprays passing honeybees and bumblebees outside while they are just going around getting their nectar. The bees don’t bother him whatsoever. I think it’s ridiculous to kill an animal when it is in it’s natural environment and is not causing any harm. Cockroaches I can understand killing in your house since they can cause damage and diseases but bees? Bees do more good to the environment than people do by pollinating plants and ensuring we have fruits and vegetables each year. Bees rarely bother people and when they do, it’s usually for disturbing their hives. There is no sense in killing such helpful creatures.
