Honey Bees in my foundation?

My husband & I purchased a house last fall. We just found out from a neighbor that we have a honey bee hive in our foundation (they see swams in the summer by the corner & you can smell the sweet honey). My husband pulled off the siding in the area and in fact found a hole that they are using. Now what? How do we get rid of them? We don’t want to just fill the hole and leave them in the wall as they are dormant right now. Any thoughts?

Why are honey bees dying .Is this a world wide problem or just a UB problem?

Why don’t Americans care about their food quality?

GMO foods and what-not. Also on a side note, the honey bees are dying off at a rapid rate, so the foods you will be limited to will even be less because bees are required to pollinate.
The cost to replace bees in the US would cost 90 Billion a year. The most likely cause of the bees dying off are pesticides – thank you again Monsanto Corporation.

A hive of bees can pollinate 3 million flowers in a single day — a human can only pollinate up to 30 trees a day. It would cost 90 billion dollars a year to replace honey bees in the United States. The solution is not to replace the bees but? save them. Bees are dying off from a disease called CCD (Colony Collapse Disorder) which is likely caused by pesticides.
