I have a pear tree that attracts a million bees each year what can I spray with so I can still eat the pears?

I want to be able to eat and pick the pears what can I spray with to keep the bees and other pests away from the tree?

What causes pears to split while still on the tree?

We’ve had a pair of pear trees in our yard since we bought our place 20 years ago. I’ve done a little bit of pruning on them, but nothing recently. In the last few years, they have finally started producing fruit. I’ve never sprayed them. This was the best year yet, quantity wise. The fruit was really starting to look good. All of a sudden, the fruit started to split and crack open before I did any picking. Shortly after that, the fruits would dry up and turn black. The fruits that still looked good ended up split or cracked open, and of course the bees find them at that point. The fruit then falls, and every sort of insect finds them at that point. So no fruit to actually eat. The same thing has happened the last 3 years. Just more fruit each year.
Is this a disease that I could control with some spraying from spring until harvest time?
I’m far from an orchard expert. I would just like to get some good fruit off the tree or I’m getting ready to chop it down. Suggestions?
