I am looking at a 99 montaro sport it has 181000 miles on it and the owner has keep perfect records of every repair the timing belt has bee changed and everything is good there i just need help deciding if that is too many mile or not please help

If a student breaks a window by accident while playing baseball outside, who is liable for the cost of repair?

The accomodation guidelines state that: ‘The student will be responsible for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by him/her, and nothing in his contract shall cause the University to be responsible for repairing any damage caused wilfully or negligently by the student.’

The key phrase here is ‘wilfully or negligently’ – does an honest fluke accident, when the game was not being played in dangerous proximity to the building, classify as ‘negligence’?
I should add that the broken window was at the student’s university halls of residence, which I certainly would have thought would have insurance to cover this kind of thing.
