there’s this guy i REALLY like. he knows it to because of all those nosy gossipers at school. my school year just ended and now he’s all the way in palm beach! his parents are divorced and so are mine. thats what got me attracted to him at first. we have so many things in common. :) his dad AND my dad are in palm. but im living with my mom while he’s with his dad! we were so close to having a relationship until he moved. now i dont know what to do! his cell is broken. His dad doesn’t have a home phone. his email doesnt work. I dont go on myspace anymore, and the only number i have is his FRIENDS HOUSE!@#$%!!!!!!!!!! i dont want to let go. i REALY REALLY REALLY dont. :(
i mean come on!…we even started to kiss…..
plz help!!!!!!!!
he has my number and said he would call, but i dont know if he really will.

What should I do to prepare to move to NYC?

I’m done with high school, and I will soon be starting a new job. I still live with my parents, so there is no need for rent, and the only bill I pay right now is my cell phone bill, which is only around 60 dollars a month.

I’m planning on moving to NYC next year and attending college. I’ve got several universities lined up, but if need be when I’m there I’ll attend a community college first. My best friend is going to move with me, though for the sake of planning I am going to exclude her from thought and pretend it is just me going, that way if something happens I won’t be left financially insufficient to move.

So what should I do to prepare myself? I’ve been reading on what I should do, but I want information from a lot of sources. How much money should I save? What should I be ready for? Where should I look for an apartment? I’ve heard Brooklyn is a good place to look.

ANY advice you can give me would be GREAT.

Home-school Fund-raising? Anyone have experience?

My kids and I have some crafts we have made and some we want to make to help raise money for various activities and museum memberships we need for this next school year.

We also want to set aside some of our profits to donate to a local children’s charity or shelter. We would check with the organization to make sure they want to receive this help and to be named on our sign. We could also advertise for this program in the form of pamphlets.

We have a pretty good base for ideas but I am wondering if anyone has tips and techniques for a successful money-making venture. We’re in the Houston, Texas area and are not part of a group or co-op.

Are there certain regulations, licensing or permits we have to have?

Song for competition?

I’m singing a solo for my school’s competition, and I need something that can show off my vocals but still doesn’t have too many high notes. For example, Taking Chances (Celine Dion) has too high of notes for me… My voice is in that stage where it always cracks :/
So yeah, any ideas?
Jesus christ, calm down. I’M FOURTEEN YEARS OLD. And no, my voice doesnt ALWAYS crack, I just can’t do any very high notes.
