Can I ask for or demand a sonogram or scan?

I am four and a half weeks pregnant and am having my first doctor’s appointment this afternoon. I am concerned as all my symptoms (which were strong) disappeared about 24 hours ago and have been replaced with a crampy ache. I’m worried the Doctor will just tell me not worry, but I need real reassurance that all is well. I had a stillbirth at 36 weeks last time and I’m too worried to just wait and see if all is well at my 11 week scan. Can I ask for, demand or pay for a sonogram or scan?

Does anyone know the name of that family guy episode where every time that lois makes plans with peter, peter is dressed as like a fisherman or an astronaut and when lois asks, “Peter, you said we were going out to dinner tonight” peter’s like “oh…right…”

Does anyone know where I can buy honey beekeeping supplies in South Florida?

Looking for a local place to buy (new), boxes, frames, foundations, top covers, inner covers, bottom boards. There used to be a place in Homestead, FL twenty or so years ago but they have been closed for a long time. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
As the question states “in South Florida”. South Florida is considered Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe Counties. Does anyone know of any local places in those counties?
