I’m wondering what kind of software large company’s use such as Ebay for their live chat. What they do is use software of some special keyboard that you can set a specific or commonly used Phrase or complete sentence or paragraph to a single key so that when you press that key or key-combination, it’ll type that entire phrase or sentence etc. Does anyone know what they use to do that?
