How can I use symbols in Windows XP?

I need to incorporate foreign phrases into text that I am creating. To do that, I need to use symbols that aren’t on the standard keyboard. I’m assuming there’s a combination of keys you press that gives you a chart/table/ to choose from, but I don’t know how. Would you be so kind as to inform me?

Is there a program that can block a someone from searching a word or phrase from a list that u create?

Is there a program that can stop someone from searching for key words on the internet. One where u can create the list of words and possibly set a password. I have the latest version of Mozilla Firefox and i use Windows XP. Either it can prevent people from searching that word or phrase or it blocks an inappropriate website from another list.

how to disable auto save typing in windows xp pc?

I bought a new laptop, I don’t know how to disable the self saving typing. for example doing google search, first time I type on the serach bar”budget airlines Asia ” , next search I just key in “B”, on the search bar will drop down a list of phrases starting with B—–
Please tell me how to disable this function–Thanks
