Mono and Pregnancy?

I am 37 weeks pregnant and my daughter and boyfriend just recently found out they had mono, i am now getting sick myself and am pretty sure i have it and am going to get blood work done to find out for sure..i have been trying to find out how this might effect the baby or what they will/can do about it..also with being due in 3 weeks and the virus stays with you for 4-7 i believe/how can i prevent the baby from getting it when she is born?does anyone know anything that might be of any help?
